In the production process, new technologies and equipment such as high-efficiency air compressors and high-efficiency jet mills have been adopted to reduce electricity consumption and packaging material consumption. A workshop for reducing moisture content in sunshine panels has been established, making full use of solar energy and saving energy consumed in drying raw materials.

For cleaner production and pollution reduction at the source, we optimize our production processes, adopt enclosed processing and efficient dust removal systems to reduce dust and waste emissions from the source, gradually phase out high-energy-consumption equipment, introduce clean energy and waste heat recovery technologies, and reduce our carbon footprint.

During the production process, we classify and treat tailings and waste rocks generated from mining and processing, which are then used to manufacture building materials, soil conditioners, or for backfilling mine pits, achieving zero discharge and resource recovery of solid waste.

During the production process, a closed conveying system is employed throughout, and dust removal management measures are fully implemented to reduce dust pollution to the environment. At the same time, new processes are used to replace traditional ones, eliminating the emission of chemical agents.
